Dec 16-19 Wonderful, wonderful weekend. Scott’s office party Friday night; LOVE that the toddlers found the tupperware cabinet and just knew it was for them. Weekend continued with a 12 hour open house holiday party on Saturday and catch-ups with MANY folks we haven’t seen in a l-o-n-g time, morphed into errand running and holiday shopping on Mon and Tues. At Hawthorne Vintage, we discovered a set of bar glasses with silver leaves that my parents have. I remember thinking they were so glamorous when I was a kid! The silver on the glasses made me think of the beautiful silver threads in my mom’s saris. Began to wonder today about how I’d never connected these silver leaves with the silver leaf jewelry in my production line years ago…
